He came out the same afternoon I called, which was critical, as the car was stuck in the garage! He quickly discovered the problem, explained why it had occurred, and installed superior hardware to what was there, to ensure that the problem didn’t reoccur. The garage door works perfectly now.

We needed service ASAP on a smashed/crashed garage door, and their service was great and fast. They had to make a new door to match the others, which they did. You can’t tell the difference! We were able to get a painter out right away, too, and once it was painted the same as the others and the house, it looked like the original. It needed a little adjustment after about a month, so Royale came right out when we called and got it running smoothly, with no additional charge. The Yelp reviews were accurate! Chris, the owner, was great to work with. We’re so glad we chose Royale, and that they are local to Orange County.
Nathan checked out the door, springs and opener and then explained what was definitely wrong and what could be wrong. There was no high pressure sales pitch — he just offered several options and prices and let me decide what I felt was appropriate. I wound up replacing everything but the opener unit and my door is better than it ever has been, even new from the builder. He was very punctual and his work was first-rate. I would definitely recommend this company.
